  Complete Fitness Assessment

 Our Master Trainer does complete fitness analysis of your present fitness level including BMI, Flexibility, Mobility, Movement and muscular strength to understand your body better.

Physio Consultation

If you have any present of past injury then our physiotherapist will do his online assessment and will suggest modified exercise if and when needed.

Dietitian

 Our Dietitian on the board does an evaluation of your food intake, like how many calories you are putting in your body and what is the ratio of proteins and carbs in it.
 

Workout Plan

Based upon your fitness goals, need and fitness analysis a complete training plan and gradual progression plan is created by the master trainer.

Personal Training

A Certified Personal Trainer trains you through screen  for strength, core and flexibility training in 1/1 set up only.

Diet Planning

Dietitians create personalized diet plans based upon your present lifestyle, eating patterns and preferences, while ensuring the right kind of nutritional intake.

Cardio Training

 If your goal is to lose weight then cardio training will help you to create more calories deficit. So Zumba  & Dance classes  come into play. In fact we promise to make your walks and cycling more effective, safe and fruitful with new plans every time.

It is as good as On-site Personal Training.
