Physio Consultation

 If you have any present or past injury then our  physiotherapist will do his online assessment and will suggest modified exercise if and when needed.

Dietitian

 Our Dietitian on the board does an evaluation of your food intake, like how many calories you are putting in your body and what is the ratio of proteins and carbs in it.

Workout Plan

Based upon your fitness goals, need and fitness analysis a complete training plan and gradual progression plan is created by the master trainer.

Personal Training

A Certified Personal Trainer trains you in our home, park or favorite gym as well for strength, core and flexibility training.

Diet Planning

Our dietitian creates personalized diet plans based upon your present lifestyle, eating patterns and preferences, while ensuring the right kind of nutritional intake.

Equipment

You don't need to spend money to buy equipment. Yes we provide you all the required equipment to train at home as part of the package.
